Michelle Rogerson

Lead Mental Performance Coach
Michelle is the lead performance coach at Exos, certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and certified instructor in Les Mills training, yoga, and Pilates. Over the past decade, Michelle has supported individuals overcoming obstacles like anxiety and addiction at a world-renowned treatment facility, as well as helped corporate athletes and executives tap into their peak performance at a Fortune 100 company (Intel).

Michelle obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion and Nutrition with an emphasis on Stress Management and a Master’s degree in Health Promotion and Exercise Science. She is a Mindfulness Coaching School trained Group Coach, a certified yoga and Pilates instructor, a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Trainer, and an Advanced Les Mills group fitness trainer and coach. Throughout her experience, she has been passionate about weaving Mindset, Nutrition, Movement, and Recovery into sustainable high-performance lifestyles.

David (Dai) Thomas

Mental Performance Coach Manager
For more than a decade, Dai has supported high-performing teams and individuals all over the world, from the UK, Germany & Europe, and the United States. Dai’s work has ranged from professional sports including working in partnership with the English Football Association and within the Premier League’s EPPP (Elite Player Performance Plan), with partners and executives in the UK’s Magic Circle law firms, the most recognizable Silicon Valley tech companies (Google) and global sporting brands (adidas).

A former multi-sport athlete and scholar, Dai holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Sport & Exercise Science, and Strength and Conditioning respectively is accredited by the NSCA (National Strength & Conditioning Association), UKSCA (United Kingdom Strength & Conditioning Association) as well as ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine). His journey through the world of human performance has additionally taken him through specializations in the Psychology of Behavior Change and professional skills for the workplace, that include Emotional & Social Intelligence, Growth Mindset, and Resiliency & Adaptability.

John Urschel, Ph.D.

Mathematics researcher, Institute for Advanced Study

John is a New York Times’ best-selling author, Forbes' 30 Under 30 in Science, and former NFL player. He is currently a researcher at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton, and completed his doctorate in math at MIT in 2021.

John was the recipient of the Sullivan Award, given to the "nation's best amateur athlete" and the Campbell Trophy, given to the top student athlete in the country.

Dr. Chris Bertram

SENIOR DIRECTOR OF APPLIED NEUROSCIENCE & FLOW COACH, EXOS

Dr. Chris is the director of applied neuroscience at Exos and an associate professor at the University of the Fraser Valley. He specializes in creating environments that are designed to maximize learning, build resilience, and optimize performance.

Before joining Exos, Dr. Chris was the flow coach for Canada Snowboard, peak performance coach at the Flow Research Center, and head coach of the UFV Golf Program

Dr. Sarah Sarkis

LICENSED PSYCHOLOGIST & CERTIFIED EXECUTIVE & PERFORMANCE COACH, MEMBER OF EXOS PERFORMANCE ADVISORY BOARD

Dr. Sarkis is a licensed psychologist, executive coach, and performance consultant. She works with CEOs, professional athletes, coaches, and teams with moonshot dreams on the psychological game of greatness. Dr. Sarkis earned her master’s in psychology from Boston College and doctorate from George Washington University. 

Her style blends components of positive psychology, neurobiology, eastern philosophies of self-regulation, and coaching to promote self-awareness and access motivation.

Mark Verstegen

One of the world’s foremost experts on human performance, Mark Verstegen pioneered the concept of integrated performance training, which he’s brought to the world’s top athletes, corporations, and the U.S. military.

As founder and president of EXOS, he has served as the NFLPA’s performance director for 18 years and is the author of six books.
